How do you make gluten-free pizza dough?

Here is a simple recipe for making gluten-free pizza dough:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the olive oil to the bowl and stir until well combined.
  3. Slowly add the warm water to the bowl, stirring constantly until a soft, pliable dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes on a lightly floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a towel. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  7. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
  8. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  9. Add your desired toppings and bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Note: You can use any gluten-free all-purpose flour for this recipe, but make sure it contains xanthan gum or add 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum to the recipe. This will help give the dough a better texture and hold it together.
