- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the olive oil to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Slowly add the warm water to the bowl, stirring constantly until a soft, pliable dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes on a lightly floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover it with a towel. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 12 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Add your desired toppings and bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Note: You can use any gluten-free all-purpose flour for this recipe, but make sure it contains xanthan gum or add 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum to the recipe. This will help give the dough a better texture and hold it together. You can also use other gluten-free flour such as almond flour, chickpea flour, or coconut flour for a different taste and texture.
Enjoy your delicious gluten-free pizza!
